Medjool (Majhoul)
The "Queen of Dates" – very large, extremely juicy and soft with a noble, slightly caramel note.
Ajwa
Traditional variety from Medina, dark and finely structured, with a subtly spicy, fruity-bitter note.
Sukkari
Extremely natural sweetness with a melting mouthfeel. Available as Mufattal and Rutab for different requirements.
Segai (Sag'ai)
Special contrast of light, firm tip and dark, soft base – pleasantly sweet and versatile.
